The folk behind the magic at Paul Walker Creative.
Founder & Creative Director
Huddersfield born and bred, Paul’s been mixing design and photography since the late 80s after studying Graphic Design and Photography at Batley Art College.
With over 25 years graft under his belt, he’s got a good eye for both the big creative idea and the little details – whether that’s shaping a brand, designing a website or lining up the right shot.
Before starting Paul Walker Creative, Paul was a founding Director of Smile Images, specialising in wedding and portrait photography. That time behind the camera still plays a big part in how he approaches design today.
When he’s not busy grafting away, you’ll usually find him walking the dog, sampling a decent pint of real ale, or behind the decks as a club DJ keeping the tunes spinning.
Studio Manager
Greg keeps the studio wheels turning and spends most days juggling web design, social media and copywriting to help clients get their message out there.
He studied Photography and Film at the London College of Communication under Raymond Durgnat, and first picked up a camera back in the last millennium developing his own black-and-white prints. That creative background still shapes how he approaches digital work today — with a good eye for story, detail and what actually connects with people.
When he’s not busy crafting websites, writing content or managing social feeds, you’ll usually find him spending time with his two kids or chasing the dog round a field somewhere.
Social Media Manager
At just 18 months old, Gunner the English Springer Spaniel brings plenty of enthusiasm — and a fair bit of chaos — to his role as Social Media Manager.
His day-to-day duties include photobombing shoots, stress-testing camera straps, and making sure no biscuit or sandwich goes uninspected. He’s got a real talent for creating “viral moments” simply by turning up and being daft.
Gunner also specialises in morale boosting, unexpected zoomies round the studio, and quality control sniff tests.
When he’s not causing mild workplace panic, you’ll usually find him flat out asleep in the middle of the busiest bit of the office.
A bit of a lunatic — but a proper part of the team.
